	It is with great regret that we’re announcing that a number of our Japanese guests will no longer be appearing at Anime Festival 2020 - Sydney. Due to activity policies in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak in Japan, the following guests have regretfully withdrawn their attendance: Yūki Kaji, Kana Ueda, Luna Haruna, Kensuke Tateishi, Kaori Maeda, and Mayu Sagara. Description We are using an online reservation system for attendees to obtain access to guest meeting events. There are going to be a variety of ways to interact with our guests, however all tokens must be reserved online. There are no token sales at the venue. Please refer to the individual token types for details. All Japanese guests will only sign a designated item which will be provided by Anime Festival to fans unless otherwise explicitly stated. Other guests will sign personal items at their discretion. You may be asked for a photo ID by staff or volunteers upon scanning of your Eventbrite code. This is done in order to verify that you have gained access to the autograph session legitimately. Tokens are not transferable to other attendees. Luna Haruna will be appearing at the following sessions. 11:00am Saturday 7th of March 11:00am Sunday 8th of March You will require a ticket to the festival in order to redeem this autograph token. Festival tickets can be purchased here: www.animefestival.com.au/sydney-tickets/ Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of the session to avoid disappointment. Guests will only remain at the session while there are queued attendees. If you arrive after the queue has been cleared the guest may choose to leave and you will be unable to redeem your token. Tokens are only valid for the specified session and are not transferable. VIP Early Access: Only available to those holding Madfest VIP tickets. 48 Hour early access reservation window before general release. Gain the earliest access to secure guest meeting passes. Limit of 1 meeting for each guest is allowed. You do not need to pay additional fees for autographs with a VIP pass, however there is an option to purchase a fan pack with your token if you wish to receive the extra inclusions. VIP Tokens are subject to availability after the 48 hour exclusive period has expired. GUARANTEED FAN ACCESS: After the VIP access has finished, remaining tokens will be available for General attendees of the event. This gives you guaranteed access to an autograph on 1 item of your choice. Limit of 1 meeting for each guest is allowed. FREE TOKENS: There are no free tokens for this guest.
